Q: What do I do if the items I have received are damaged?

1. You will need to contact our customer service department within 3 calendar days after you have received the damaged item.
2. You will then be instructed to take detailed pictures of the inside and the outside of the damaged package.
3. After we have received the pictures a replacement item will be promptly shipped out to you.
